Anyone who wants to lose weight and tone up is going to be a fan of the cardio kickboxing lessons here at Aguirre’s Fighting System. Our facility has eight, soft-filled heavy bags for our members to use. Our cardio kickboxing program is ran by rank-certified and head coach, Coach Franklin Aguirre. You’ll how to wrap your hands and  be professionally fitted for gloves, all while having the best work out of your life! Our cardio kickboxing is directed towards mitts and pads. It’s a fun, non-contact class fit for everyone.
All of the kickboxing classes at Aguirre Fighting System are provided by professional fighters who take you through their own unique kickboxing methods of stretching, skipping rope, shadow boxing, combination drills, bag work, lower-body conditioning, and abdominal work in every class. Our classes will teach you the fundamentals, balance, and discipline of martial arts. You are going to sweat like crazy! The average person burns between 700 to 1200 calories per hour! The added bonus is you will develop a leaner, toner body all while having fun.

Class is daily from 5:00pm – 6:00pm
Saturdays 9:00AM – 10:00AM
